Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Use of the Community Website

This document is established by the 18 Benedict Pte Ltd as the legal foundation and code of conduct that must be adhered to by every individual seeking to access and utilise this community website (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). Users are required to read this document carefully in its entirety, and by accessing the Platform, the User shall be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all applicable provisions.

CHAPTER II – Access Requirements and Registration

  1. Only individuals aged 18 years and over shall be permitted to register as members of the community.

  2. Registration must be completed online through the official registration form provided on the Platform.

  3. Users are required to submit true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the form.

  4. The Website Owner reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to refuse or revoke access where discrepancies or violations are identified.

Article 3 – Access Rights

  1. Access rights are granted only to Users who have accepted the entirety of this document.

  2. Access to the Platform is personal and non-transferable, and may only be used for purposes aligned with the objectives of the community.

  3. Any use that harms the community or undermines the Platform’s purpose shall be subject to administrative or legal sanction.

    • Provide access to relevant information and opportunities that enhance members' well-being.

  3. The Platform is not intended as a public commercial marketplace, and any unauthorised promotional or commercial activities unrelated to the community’s mission are strictly prohibited.

CHAPTER IV – Information Protection and Distribution Restrictions

Article 5 – Prohibited Use of Information

  1. Users are strictly prohibited from:

    • Selling, exchanging, or disseminating information obtained from the community to any Third Party;

    • Repurposing or extracting community data for commercial or promotional gain;

    • Using internal community information for external research or campaigns without written approval from the Website Owner.

  2. All content shared by members within the Platform shall be deemed confidential community information, and every User is obliged to respect and preserve its confidentiality without exception.

Article 6 – Sanctions for Breach

  1. Any breach of the prohibitions stated in Article 5 shall result in administrative sanctions, including:

    • A formal written warning;

    • Suspension or termination of Platform access;

    • Legal reporting in cases involving criminal elements.

  2. Users in breach may also be subject to civil liability for damages caused to the community or the Website Owner.

CHAPTER V – Privacy Policy

Article 7 – Personal Data Protection

  1. The Website Owner is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of all Personal Data collected from Users.

  2. Data collection is undertaken solely for the operational purposes of the Platform and to facilitate community interactions.
