We don't like to owe anything to anyone, so we prefer donation instead. But when the time comes when we are able to gain more investors that suits our goals each donation made after 5 years, each donation shall be asked with an option: Do you want an equity ownership position or cash in return or just give away what you've donated?

We then shall asked your proof of donation made (paypal receipt or GoFundme receipt) added with your bank statement/ credit card statement under your name. Thus you'll be entitled to claim your ownership position.

The budget shall be use to:
1) Building AI application (Turf and MyHistory)
2) Building peripheral gadget that is responsive to AI (mini Or)
3) Finding a land to develop the community retreat/housing location
4) Building infrastructure needed to build the community
5) building infrastructure to build the housing location
6) Commercialize what we've build.

So, it's not a non profit organization, it's a profit organization with "angel investing" at the start of it.

We shall share our monthly financial figures for each donation made through your email. We would then hope you'd be one of the first who would like to test the budget and enjoy the world with AI.
